Each group will elect a spokesperson who will represent the group in the morning breafing. Each group will be allocated a team area where tents or similar can be set up. The same applies to the repair and storage areas in the hangar.
During the competition, the timekeepers provided by the organiser will ensure the contactless recording of the results. The respective intermediate results will also be published online until the end of each round. Protests can be addressed directly to the timekeepers. There will be no printed intermediate results at a central point.
Each participant is requested to limit his contact during the event to the persons of his group and the timekeeper. Anyone who falls ill during or up to three days after the competition must inform the organiser immediately.
Last but not Least: As we are guests on a full scale saleplane airstrip we expect from each person to leave the area absolutely cleanly.
